Frank Graceffa is vice president of operations at New West Home. Graceffa brings over 32 years of experience to the team and focuses his energy towards managing all phases of development in the Southern California housing market.
Graceffa's responsibilities include coordinating governmental processing, off-site and on-site construction, grading, underground utilities, street improvements and home construction.
Before launching New West Home, Graceffa worked with Centex homes as Senior Field Manager where he managed the company's flagship neighborhood, "El Encanto" in San Clemente.
After Centex, Graceffa built out his experience further by joining a Ryland company for a few years and then Lennar homes in 1997. During this time, he successfully managed "Evansport," a high-end coastal community project in Huntington Beach, completed six phases of "Tradewinds" and "Seabreeze" in Carlsbad, developed "Rancho santa Fe Lakes" in San Diego, and performed grading and all infrastructure improvements in 108 home communities in Aliso Vieo. In addition, Graceffa completed his project management training program and strategically built the first three phases of a Ryland project within a 60 day schedule.
Graceffa currently resides in San Clemente, CA.
