He believed there was an opportunity for a small to medium sized homebuilding company to better provide both a home design specifically tailored for the prospective homeowner as well as a level of personalized service not available from large regional homebuilding companies. Recognizing the opportunity, New West has assembled a management team with over a century of combined homebuilding experience focused on delivering high quality, customer oriented housing, at an affordable price. New West is based in Orange County with projects located throughout Southern California.
